- title: Acts passsed [sic] at a General Assembly of the commonwealth of Virginia, : continued and held at the capitol, in the city of Richmond, on Monday the sixth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirteen, and of the commonwealth the thirty-eighth.
- sequence_number: 23
- year: 1814
- place_issued: Richmond
- issuing_press: Samuel Pleasants
- author: Virginia. General Assembly.
- notes: This session met from December 6, 1813 to February 16, 1814.
Pleasants evidently kept the title page of the Acts of Assembly in standing type, as this is the third consecutive issue of session laws with "passed" misspelled as "passed" on the title page (1813.022 & 1813.043). Imprint follows format mandated by act of 1811 Assembly: two parts, the first with the public laws enacted, the second with private and local acts, followed by separate indices for each section, both printed in two columns.
