The Lynchburg Centinel apparently published for just a year, from September 1814 to October 1815, as it is mentioned in other newspapers during that period, with its press being offered for sale in November 1815; no issues are known to have survived, though an extra issued September 10, 1814, survives, indicating its commencement shortly before that date.
