The work bears a copyright notice dated February 14, 1815.
  In early 1815, the Argus Book Press was part of the estate of Samuel Pleasants, and about to be sold off to Arthur G. Booker, a Pleasants journeyman, in partnership with the manager of the Pleasants printing complex, John M.
