- imprint_number: 1815.042
- title: The Georgetown almanac, for the year of uor [sic] Lord 1816. Being bissextile, or leap year: and 40th, of American independence. … Adapted to the latitude and meridian of Richmond. Calculated by David Richardson, of Louisa county, Virginia.
- sequence_number: 42
- year: 1815
- place_issued: Alexandria
- issuing_press: John A. Stewart for Richards & Mallory
- author: Richardson, David (1787-1871), comp.
- notes: While bearing a Georgetown imprint for booksellers Richards & Mallory, this was actually produced in Alexandria by John A. Stewart; it is typographically identical to his Washington Almanac for 1816 (1815.041), including a misspelled "our" in the title, except for a changed imprint at the foot of the title page. With this almanac, Stewart continued his 1815 alliance with Richards & Mallory, while engaging the same new compiler as his former partner, Peter Cottom, now situated in Richmond.
