- notes: This session met from December 4, 1815, to February 28, 1816. This was the first Senate journal published by Burling; he was elected to the post of printer to the Senate at the start of this Assembly, picking up the role formerly held by his mentor, Thomas Ritchie, who had become the public printer on January1, 1815, near the end of the preceding Assembly.
Imprint is dated 1815, but journal was clearly published after the Assembly's adjournment in February 1816.
