• notes: In response to public debate over calling a convention to revise the state's constitution, the Assembly passed an act at the end of their 1815-16 session requiring the Executive to have the proceedings of the Revolutionary Conventions of 1776 & 1776 reprinted and to have 500 copies of them distributed across the state.
  This item is the fifth title in that mandated series; these records were originally published by Alexander Purdie (1776.014); unlike reprint editions for the conventions of July & December 1775, this edition is separately paginated from the meeting's ordinances (1816.063).
