Warner's Virginia Almanac for 1818.
- imprint_number: 1817.051
- title: Warner's Virginia almanac for the year of our Lord, 1818, being the second after bissextile, or leap year. Calculated by Joshua Sharp
- sequence_number: 51
- year: 1817
- place_issued: Richmond
- issuing_press: Benjamin Warner
- author: Sharp, Joshua.
- notes: As in preceding years, this almanac is largely identical to the almanac that Warner published for his Philadelphia bookstore (Shaw & Shoemaker 42826); however, there is more variance between the two than seen previously. Both were evidently printed for him there by Lydia Bailey, who completely reset the two gatherings that carry a separately paginated catalogue of the books available at Warner's Philadelphia store; the Virginia catalogue was bound in after the first two gatherings, while the Philadelphia catalogue was bound in after the rest of the text; the gatherings before and after the Virginia catalogue match the first 30 pages of the Philadelphia edition, but thereafter the text in each edition presents material relevant only to the locale where that edition was intended to be sold; herein, that matter covers courts and clerks in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
