Imprint is dated 1817, but journal was clearly published after the Assembly's adjournment in February 1818. Title not filmed by Early American Imprints Series, as it is available in digital form at several online repositories, such as Google Books, Internet Archive, and HathiTrust.
This journal has a tragic history; its publication was begun by Thomas Burling, but his press was repossessed during the session, leading to his suicide on January 5th; two days later, the Senate appointed John Warrock as their new printer and instructed him to reduce the sheet size of the journal from folio to royal octavo; as a result, Burling is credited in the imprint on the misdated title page, while Warrock's name appears in a colophon at the end of the text.
