- notes: Introduced on December 30, 1818, bill was latest in continuing attempts to repeal the state's laws on usury; however, this bill was amended by the House (as committee of the whole), so converting it into a consolidation and revision of those laws as part of the ongoing of Revisal of the Laws at this session; resulting statute became Chap. 102 of the Revised Code of 1819.
No copy known extant; Thomas Ritchie, the public printer, was ordered on January 26, 1819, to print 250 copies of this bill for the use of the Assembly, so the attribution here to the partnership then conducting Ritchie's press.
