- notes: Heath replaced John Burfoot during this session of Assembly following the revelation of the insolvency of treasurer John Preston and the comingling of his finances of the state's, which Burfoot had failed to uncover.
No copy known extant; Thomas Ritchie, the public printer, was ordered on January 28, 1820, to print 250 copies of this report for the use of the Assembly, so the attribution here to the partnership then conducting Ritchie's press. Swem reported this item twice, once from the order to print the report (9110), and again from payment for printing report (9151); Swem number reported here is that corresponding to order to print Heath's report.
