- notes: First session (two meetings: November 6 to December 16, 1766 and March 12 to April 11, 1767) of the Assembly of 1766-1769. The acts of both meetings are in this one volume.
Surviving copies lack title page, having been bound with other sets of session laws; the title recorded above is caption title from first page of text. Evans incorrectly assigned this imprint to Alexander Purdie & John Dixon; William Rind was elected as public printer on November 7, 1766, the second day of the first meeting, in the place of Purdie & Dixon, who had acted as in that role after the death of Joseph Royle in January 1766; they printed only the Address of the Governor (1766.006) and the Council's reply (1766.007) for this session before they were supplanted by Rind.
