- imprint_number: 1790.023
- title: Dear sir, The magnitude of the undertaking of which you have a full account in the papers herewith sent, obliges me to trouble my friends in various parts of the world: ... I therefore take the liberty of subjoining a power to you ...
- sequence_number: 23
- year: 1790
- place_issued: Richmond
- issuing_press: Uncertain
- author: Tatham, William (1752-1819).
- notes: Sheet lacks printer credit; printed cover letter with blank spaces for manuscript completions that accompanied a prospectus for a map of the southern United States (1790.022), signed by Tatham in Richmond; that map was never issued, lacking the needed subscriptions.
Herein, Tatham authorizes the named individual to act as his agent for collecting monies pledged and owed. Evans reported both items in a single entry (22924) and so this was filmed with the prospectus by the Early American Imprints Series.
