- sequence_number: 23
- year: 1792
- place_issued: Virginia
- issuing_press: Uncertain
- author: Fairfax, Denny Martin (1725-1800).
- notes: Sheet lacks printer credit; given the Fairfax family's known links to Alexandria, this blank form was likely printed by the press of Hanson & Bond there; however, this title could also be a Winchester imprint, given the family's extensive property holdings in the northern valley; hence the indeterminate attribution here.
The copy that was filmed by the Early American Imprints Series is held by Library Company of Philadelphia, who acquired it from the Michael Zinman Collection of Early American Imprints; it was completed in manuscript in September 1793, leasing 61 acres in Frederick County to John Robertson, witnessed by John S. Woodcock, Hezekiah Turner, and William Robertson.
