Evans recorded this title twice from two different repositories; the Early American Imprint Series apparently filmed those same two items: one at the Library of Congress (# 36640) and the other at the University of Virginia (# 36514). Swem recorded item from copies at Virginia Historical Society and the order to print in the House journal.
