Know all men by these presents, that we [blank] are held and firmly bound unto his Excellency [blank] governor of the commonwealth, and his successors, in the just and full sum of [blank] pounds Virginia currency (in specie) to which payment well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves jointly and severally, our joint and several heirs, executors, and administrators, firmly by these presents.
